What is your shipping policy?

All orders are shipped priority mail via USPS. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be shipped. Customers will receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking information.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information for we will ship to the address given at the time of checkout. Royal Being Apparel is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address or damages while in transient.

 

What is your return policy?

Returns
At this time we are not excepting returns. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your product(s) contact us via email at royalbeingapparel@gmail.com within 14 days to exchange. If 14 days has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.

Exchanges
We only replace items if you received the wrong product, sizing is incorrect or item is in any way defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at royalbeingapparel@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

What is your privacy policy?


We use the Order Information that we collect only for the purposes of fulfilling any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).
